In Queen's College, Cambridge, I erected and decorated a freestanding aerial rig for a Great Gatsby themed wedding reception.

As guests entered the reception, I performed an energetic hoop act, creating excitement, animating the space and providing a focus for the beginning of the evening celebrations.

After a short break, I returned to serve champagne to guests from the hoop, the most decadent way to have a glass topped up.

After this, I performed freestyle aerial silks to the live band, offering another stunning type of aerial performance during the evening of celebrations.

I really enjoy performing at weddings - listening to the type of event which a couple is planning, matching my performances, costumes and rig dressing to the themes and providing entertainment at a special event which will be forever remembered.

After the event, the groom emailed me:

"We just wanted to email to say a massive thank you for being part of our wedding, we really enjoyed your performances and everyone kept coming up to us to say how great you were."
