Leyla and I have just spent two weekends in the hometown of Scottish poet laureat, Robert Burns, joining "Scotland's sexiest cabaret" to celebrate the annual Big Burns Supper in Dumfries.
Electric Theatre Workshop programmed a fortnight of events in a beautiful Spiegeltent, with Starfiz performing in Le Haggis for adults, and Celtic Circus for children.
We opened the show with a sexy and powerful solo silks act to Nae Sleep.
We performed a sensual version of our Spinning Silks act to the live trad band of talented Scottish musicians.

In Celtic Circus, our Aerial Sphere act portrayed two girls climbing in tree, and our Spinning Silks act became part of a larger audience participation finale to "Somewhere Beyond the Sea", after directors saw our synchronised swimming silks performance at the Bentall Centre.
At the end of each show, the whole cast and audience joined hands to sing Auld Lang Syne, which was an amazing experience.
